When does my creation allowance reset? expand_more
On the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, rather than on your payment date. Unused runs do not roll over. Statistical analysis does not consume creation credits, but requires an active plan.
Which plan should I choose? expand_more
Choose Standard for monthly flexibility with one project, Pro for up to three active projects, or a Thesis Pass to budget for one thesis with a single upfront payment covering six months. Every plan includes the full toolkit. The pass gives you a fixed access window, not a guarantee of thesis completion. Signing in is free; creating a project requires a paid plan.
Does the Thesis Pass renew? expand_more
No. You pay once for six months of access. After it expires, you can still read saved work and download previously generated exports. An active plan is required to resume paid project work or generate new exports.
Why is the Thesis Pass priced by academic level? expand_more
An undergraduate project and a PhD thesis ask very different amounts of work from the platform. The pass covers its own level and below. Standard and Pro subscriptions cover all academic levels.
What happens to my thesis if I stop paying? expand_more
Plan expiry does not delete your saved work. You can still read it and download previously generated exports. An active plan is required for new research, drafting, analysis, and generating new exports.
Can I get help from a person? expand_more
Yes. Signed-in users can request paid advisory support (methodology, statistics, review calls, formatting), priced individually. It is always advisory: we never write thesis content, and the submitted work remains your own.
