About account analytics

We use account analytics to understand how many people use ThesisAI and which countries they connect from. The site owner can view aggregate account, signup, activity, and plan counts. For confirmed paying customers, the owner can also see account names, email addresses, last-known countries, and the latest payment confirmation date.

When you visit a project page or successfully perform a project action while signed in, we record your account ID and the UTC date, at most once per day. Daily records cover the most recent 90 UTC dates; older records are removed by an hourly cleanup. We do not track anonymous visitors in these account analytics.

If our trusted network provider supplies an approximate country, we save that country code with your account. It may reflect a VPN or proxy rather than where you live. These analytics do not store your IP address, precise location, or thesis contents, and do not use additional tracking cookies.

Your last known country remains with your account until it is updated or the account is deleted. Deleting your account also deletes its daily activity records. For questions or account deletion, contact support@thesisai.live.
